In March, I took a solo Disney trip! I had PTO that I needed to use, airline mileage to redeem and had a few days before school started so it was the perfect time for me to take a solo trip and have fun!
I flew out of PDX at 7am and landed at SNA at 9:20. Took only a backpack with my toothbrush, water bottle, PJs and an outfit for the second day. Anything I took with me I had to carry around the parks with me all day so I knew I needed to pack light. Scanned in to the park at 10:30 and launched on Space Mountain at 10:45am. Rode all the rides I wanted and saw all the things I wanted to see between both parks until 11:30 when I finally called it a night. Stayed at a hotel across the street just to shower and sleep and checked out at 7am.
Was up for rope drop the second day and went straight for Ride of the Resistance. Went all day between both parks. Guardians of the Galaxy is definitely my favorite ride between both parks. Rode a total of 6 times. Also got to ride Soarin' Over California, I've only even seen it as Soarin' Over The World. Went all day until I had to leave to go to SNA at 7pm. Flew out at 9:20 and was home by 12:30am.
Had so much fun, a solo trip is totally a different trip than going with friends and family. It was definitely an experience. I walked a total of 25.37 miles between the two days, rode 36 rides and ate more calories than I should count.
